HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

1. Select the Designer Gene Mare you would like to purchase;

2. Determine which Silver Spurs Stallion you would like to have your Designer Gene

     Mare bred to (For Boomernic or Trashadeous please add $3,000 to the purchase price of

     the mare);

3. Call Silver Spurs and request a purchase contract for the mare that you have selected;

4. Complete the contract and send back to Silver Spurs with 50% of the purchase price

     (payable by check or credit card);

5. During the 2017 breeding season Silver Spurs will (at its expense) get your mare in foal to

     the Silver Spurs Stallion you have selected;

6. When your mare is "In-Foal" with a confirmed heart beat check, you will be notified. Then

     pay the remaining 50% balance and come pick up your mare.

GUARANTEE:

1. IN FOAL GUARANTEE: If for any reason Silver Spurs is not able to get the mare in foal to the stallion of the purchaser’s choice, the purchaser will have the option of permitting Silver Spurs to attempt to get the mare in foal to another if its stallions or have the 50% deposit refunded.

2. LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE: If the mare slips, aborts, or the foal is still born or does not stand the mare owner will have the right to bring the mare back to Silver Spurs to have the mare rebred at Silver Spurs expense or have Silver Spurs ship semen to the mare owner at no charge.
